Capturing people in the best light is a great responsibility and and honor, be it for a portrait or at an important event.
No matter the situation I've always striven to make people look good, and it starts with being prepared, being creative but technically proficient, making a connection and then pushing that shutter-release as many times as time and patience will allow!
